Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Aetheris is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the United States, contact us at hello@pureaetheris.com before purchasing so we can confirm shipping options and rates for your location. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us at hello@pureaetheris.com within 14 days.
