Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Once a product has been opened or removed from its original packaging, it is no longer eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at hello@pureaetheris.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Non-returnable items

• Any item that has been used and or removed from its original packaging
• - Gift cards
• - Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us at hello@pureaetheris.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
